Native English Teachers Wanted (AMERICAN and CANADIAN) for positions in (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and other possible locations in Saudi)
Skyline Global Solutions, based in Philadelphia, PA is recruiting for multiple Native Canadian and American. English Teachers for our client , Arabian Education and Training Group based in Saudi Arabia.
Locations: Riyadh
Duration: 2 year contracts.

Must have BA Degree in English or related discipline if American (visa requirements)
DUE TO EXISTING VISA APPROVALS, IN ORDER TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST BE A AMERICAN OR CANADIAN CITIZEN. Currently being located in each country is highly preferred.

Saudi Arabia in a pre-designated location managed , owned or leased by Arabian Education and Training Group or any of its Subsidiaries.


Ø To Teach Arabian Group Prescribed ESL Curriculum to Adults and in specific situations to Young learners .
Ø To assist in collecting ,collating and evaluating ESL delivery information and student data .
Ø To assist in providing periodic assessment , skill acquisition evaluation examinations and preparation of test result reports for their assigned classes .
Ø Assist in developing new or custom specific needs programs.
Ø Assist and manage where asked social activities for students and extracurricular assignments.
Ø Maintain and uphold the ethical and professional standards and guidelines decried in the academic policies of the Institution.


The Prospective Instructor may posses at least one of the following credentials to qualify for this position:

Ø An Undergraduate Degree in Applied Linguistics/ TESOL Track ( BA / Applied Linguistics ).
Ø An Undergraduate Degree in Education with English Language Teaching Major ( B.A.Ed)
Ø A General Undergraduate Degree , preferably in Humanities with one of the TESL Certifications , TEFL-USA , TESOL-Canada , CELTA or Trinity College Diploma –UK.
Ø A Masters Degree in TESOL / Education with English Language Teaching Track.
Ø No Degree or Credential stated above that is not earned fulltime or part time in classroom shall not be acceptable.
Ø A B.A. Applied Linguistics or a B.A.Ed Degree supplemented by one of the Professional Certification shall earn extra points towards remuneration package.
Ø Minimum of two years experience in a TESOL position following the award of TESL Certification required .



v The Instructor shall deliver a weekly course load of (30) Hours .
v Attendance at the job site shall be for a total of (45) Hours weekly.
v In many instances the Instructor may be required to work one Eight hour shift depending on the client discretion .
v Normal Working schedule at the main facility and in the Branches would be divided into two shifts, Mornings from 0800 Hours to 12 Noon and then evening shift fro 1630 Hours till 2100 Hours .
v On occasions the Instructor may be asked to discharge assignments on the week ends or after normal working hours, in which case the compensation shall be in lieu of the package stated in the remunerations package hereunder.
v The Instructor is expected to encourage extra-curricular activity that is imperative for the understanding of the culture of the English Language and its literature.
v The instructors shall be encouraged but not obliged to develop social activities for their students with the objective of practicing and learning English Language skills in real life simulated situations.


The compensation package shall contain the following items :
o Net take home Salary in US Dollar denomination paid into the Instructor’s account monthly at the going rate to the Saudi Arabian Riyals.
o Furnished Accommodation or alternately three Salaries in lieu of Housing allowance.
o Food allowance not exceeding SAR 500.00 per month for the initial three months .
o Commuting allowance in the sum of SAR(600) per month.
o Comprehensive Medical Insurance for the Instructor and three of his immediate family members.
o Annual paid leave of (30) days after elapse of (11) Months on the job .
o Economy class airfare from the initial arrival in Saudi Arabia until final departure at the culmination of the contract.
o Pro-bono repatriation to the country of origin in the event of an emergency .
o Compensation for overtime work @ of 1. 5 times the hourly basic salary.
o Annual Salary increments and performance related bonuses .
o Subsidized tour to an Arab country once during the tenure of the Contract.
o Initial term of contract is preferably two years with the possibility of unlimited extensions at the discretion of the Instructor and approval of the Arabian Group.



Item A:

§ Basic Salary for the holder of a Bachelors Degree in Applied Linguistics , English Education and English Literature and Two years experience following the award of the Degree : US$3400.00 Per Month.

Item B :
§ Holder of a Degree other than the above disciplines but with teaching experience of not less than two in a TESL environment following at least one standardized TESOL Certification award : US$3200.00 Per Month.

§ A bonus of US$110.00 per month for each year of Experience to a maximum of two years .
§ A bonus of US$100.00 per month for each TESOL Certification earned by the Instructors in Item (A).

Item C :

§ Basic Salary for the holder of a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics with TESOL Concentration and minimum of three years experience n the TESL environment and following the award of the Degree shall be at the rate of US$4500.00 Per Month .
§ A bonus of US$150.0 for each year of experience beyond the minimum required and not exceeding Five years.
