IICA - organizes paid internships throughout Brazil for recent
graduated students from any English speaking countries interested in
a teaching/learning educational program at one of its 298 English
centers nationwide. During 11 months program, if you get a minimum
of 70 credits, an ETP/TFL recognized certificate will be awarded.
The minimum time needed for this program is 11 months, and maximum
one year. Portuguese language skills are useful but not required.
Optional Portuguese language lessons are available if desired, free
of cost, after your 8th month program. Our local partners will
provide the necessary paperwork to provide for the required
Temporary Visa Item I to live and work in Brazil legally.

IICA Offers:
Guaranteed Internship Placement
IICA guarantees an internship offer that matches your requested
preferences.
Monthly Stipend:
Your host-school will provide a monthly compensation. Minimum wage
in Brazil, is R$ 660,00 (~US$375).
Housing:
A room + food with a carefully selected host family will be
included during the duration of your internship. If you are assigned
by host-school to live by your own, an additional monthly financial
aid of R$ 600,00 is paid for your living expenses.
Arrival Assistance
An airport pick-up and transfer is available.
Arrival Orientation:
You will receive pertinent information regarding local
transportation, banking, and safety. You will also receive tips on
travel, communications, and social and outdoor activities. Finally,
you will be familiarized with the code of conduct and expectations
for your internship.
Travel Insurance: Basic Major Medical Coverage
Our policy provides basic medical coverage. IICA - highly
recommends additional travel insurance.

Full-time Representation
