The Universidad de la Sierra Juárez is a relatively new and expanding university located in the Sierra Norte, an hour north of Oaxaca City. We are currently hiring for the position of EFL research professor at our campus located in Ixtlán de Juárez.
The pay rate is 10,000 pesos per month after deductions. We also offer a competitive benefits package which includes: full health coverage, winter bonus, five weeks of paid vacation annually, summer bonus.

Teaching hours are fixed at a maximum of 15 per week, and remaining time is spent on
research and development.

Working hours are 9-2 and 4 -7, Monday to Friday. Successful candidates must be native speakers and possess a
bachelor’s degree as well as a recognized EFL certification (CELTA would be and advantage.)
