ESL Jobs World : YBM ELS Juan is looking for a qualified teacher to teach adult conversation classes in Incheon, starting in July. Salary up to 2.4M Won per month (possibly over 3M with OT). Experienced teachers are preferred but we are also willing to consider candidates who are not so experienced. You must possess a University degree, have sealed University transcripts and be a native English speaker.

YBM is one of the largest providers of ESL services in Korea. It is a reputable and stable organization that has existed for over 45 years. YBM ELS specialize in teaching adults and they take pride in creating a friendly and comfortable working environment for students and teachers alike.

Juan ELS is located in the heart of Incheon and offers most of the conveniences of modern city life. There are a host of facilities close to the school including bars, restaurants, cinema, gyms, and much more. Juan has excellent transport links to all areas of the city, and it also lies on the Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line (Central Seoul is only 40 minutes away).

So what will be expected from you!!! Well, firstly you will be required to teach six 50 minute classes each day (any extra classes will be paid as overtime). As Juan ELS is an adult school, classes will run both in the morning and evening. Secondly, you should have an outgoing and friendly personality and be able to operate as part of a team. Finally, and most importantly, you should possess a love or enthusiasm for teaching - students usually react and perform better when they see a teacher who loves their job. Candidates are also required to undertake a paid training and development course before the start of their contract.

Compensation: 
1) Salary: From 2.0-2.4 million won/month (based on experience and qualifications) with the opportunity for overtime to increase earnings up to over 3 million won per month. 
2) Severance pay (equivalent to an average of your last 3 month's salary). 
3) Roundtrip air ticket. 
4) Incentive bonus, paid out every 2 months. 
5) Medical insurance (50% employee/50% employer). 
6) Up to 10 million won key money deposit on an apartment 
7) Motel accommodation (up to one week), prior to securing an apartment. 
8) 10% off all YBM related products, and 50% discount on Korean, Chinese and Japanese language classes. 
9) 8-10 days of YBM holidays plus all National holidays throughout the year.
