ESL Jobs World : EFL/ESP vacancies in Russia starting October 2008

Windsor is an English language school providing a range of general and specialized courses to students and professionals. In addition to general English, our school provides ESP courses in business English, as well as in finance, law, medicine, IT, engineering, and exam preparation.
Our clients are individuals, group students and in-company clients. Windsors main approach to in-company and individual teaching is to provide tailor-made programs based on the clients needs and requirements. Our in-company clients list consists of well-know Russian and international companies working in the fields of law, investment banking, marketing analysis, manufacturing and the automobile industry, etc.

Our teachers enjoy working in our school because we take care of them. Besides FREE good quality accommodation, free Internet access is offered to all teachers in school. There is a library for teachers as well as audio resources. We understand that good living conditions are highly important for teachers. Therefore the quality of the accommodation we offer is high and its location is convenient. 
We pride ourselves on creating a friendly atmosphere in our school. 95% of our teachers sign a second (or third) contract with our school if they decide to stay in Russia.

We have the following vacancies to start September-October 2008:

1)  EFL/ESP Teacher positions in Moscow

Minimum requirements:
* Candidates be natives from the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand
* Hold a College/University Bachelors Degree or higher 
* Hold a certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (The Cambridge CELTA, the 
   Trinity College London TESOL etc)

The following would be an advantage:
* Have some experience of working in business, legal, finance, engineering contexts in order to support your teaching.
* Between 1 and 2 years teaching experience.

We offer:

* 9 or 12 month contract with full academic support. 
* Full in-house academic support
* The chance to attend international  TEFL conferences as the schools expense.
* A highly competitive teachers salary starting $1250 (depending on qualification and experience). Your disposable income will have to take into account international phone bills and groceries but the school provides the following free of change:

"	Good quality accommodation
"	Utility bills
"	Visa (all costs)
"	Health insurance
"	Salary throughout holiday periods and vacations.
"	Airfare
"	On stream monthly travel card

THERE ARE NO HIDDEN EXPENSES

A generous end of the contract bonus.

2)  Law Teacher position in Moscow

Minimum requirements:
* Candidates be natives from the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand
* Be a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years post qualification experience in private practice

The following would be an advantage:
* Hold a certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (The Cambridge CELTA, the 
   Trinity College London TESOL etc)
* Between 1 and 2 years teaching experience.

We offer:

* 9 or 12 month contract with full academic support.

* The chance to attend international  TEFL conferences as the schools expense.

3)  Senior Teacher positions in St Petersburg

You must be highly motivated with the ability to work independently. You will be expected to marshal available materials effectively as well as to develop your own materials to suit client needs. You must demonstrate full confidence in your own judgement.
 
The successful candidate with be expected to commit to a minimum period of 9 months.
 
Minimum requirements:
 
"	Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (The Cambridge CELTA, the Trinity College London TESOL etc)
"	3 years experience of teaching business English in western or central Europe; 
"	2 years experience if you have a business background 
"	Experience in teaching Cambridge exam classes.
 
It would be an advantage but not necessary to have:
 
"	Taught in Russia before. 
"	Undertaken a DELTA program or Trinity Diploma

We offer:

9 month contract
