Cloud 9 English is located in Toyohashi City, Aichi. Toyohashi is about 25 minutes by bullet train from Nagoya. We are a private language school with a Preschool Immersion program focusing on children 2 to 6 years old and an English conversation program teaching toddlers to adults.
