Diplomatic Language Services (DLS) is a 25-year old company based in the Washington, DC metro area that provides language and cultural training and other related language services to US government and commercial clients. DLS is a fast-growing and dynamic organization offering exceptional career potential. DLS is currently seeking experienced instructors of English as a foreign language (EFL) for an English language training program in Saudi Arabia.

Instructor Responsibilities:

-Develop weekly lesson plans
-Conduct classes while maintaining a student-centered classroom
-Administer periodic curriculum based skills assessment and testing (oral and written)
-Conduct laboratory sessions (computer/multimedia)
-Maintain student performance, attendance and academic records on a daily/weekly basis
-Conduct student counseling sessions
-Participate in additional projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

-Native level English proficiency or equivalent
-Bachelor's degree in TESOL or similar field and five years of professional experience teaching ESL/EFL to adults OR 24+ semester hours of undergrad courses equivalent to a major in TESOL or similar field and at least 5 years of professional experience teaching ESL/EFL to adults

Preferred Qualifications:

-Master's degree in TESOL or similar field and one year of professional experience teaching ESL/EFL to adults-Well organized and able to deliver lesson plan clearly
-Maintain professional appearance, demeanor, and working environment
-Adhere to all worksite rules and regulations
