Salary to be fixed between USD $1000 and $1200 / month for 25 hours teaching per week depending on experience, qualifications and performance.
Ideally, applicants should also hold a university degree and be available to start at the beginning of May.
We are looking for teachers to join our language centres in both Guayaquil and Quito
All our teachers are qualified with the Cambridge CELTA certificate and we offer more to experienced teachers who have achieved grade B or above.
Both Centres are small friendly language schools with clients that are generally a delight to teach. Our students come from all age groups and all levels.
Southern Cross also operate a residential CELTA course at the beach (www.celtaecuador.com) and employ full time CELTA trainers who offer teachers regular professional development opportunities.
Southern Cross British Language Centres are also authorised Cambridge ESOL Centres offering the full range of Cambridge ESOL Examinations.
We work with the Ministry of Education and are regarded as one of the best langauge centres in Ecuador.
