We are eager to recruit teaching couples or friends for full year contracts. We provide a furnished house close to the school and take care of visas and, work permits.

Would you like to work at a bilingual school in Thailand? Many of our students are getting the opportunity to learn English for the first time this year. They are bubbly and enthusiastic. They are delightful to teach. You will join a foreign staff of 40 on the outskirts of Bangkok. We are a strong team, dedicated to helping our students and supporting each other. Our enrolments are sky-rocketing. We need more teachers for First Semester, beginning 6th May 2008.

• Positions available in Grade 2 as a homeroom teacher. You will teach all subjects; English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies. There is a Thai homeroom teacher for help and support. Lots of fun and a great experience.
• Positions available for specialist English teachers Grades 4 – 7. Can you teach Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, PE? Then we have opportunities available. Our students are enthusiastic and eager to learn. They really want to improve their English.
• Positions available in Kindergarten where there is a Thai teacher and 2 assistants to help. Gentle, happy children, whose eagerness to learn will lighten your heart.

Qualifications
• 4 year degree in Education
OR
• B.A or B.Sc with TESOL, CELTA, or Dip.Ed.

Requirements
• Native English speaker with citizenship from one of the following countries: USA, Canada, England, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Ireland. (European nationals with TOEIC or equivalent may also be considered).
• Previous teaching experience an advantage, though all applicants are considered on merit.


Benefits & Working Conditions:
• Monthly salary from 30,000 - 43,000 baht per month (depends on
years of teaching experience) paid in cash at the end of the month.
• Paid staff holidays. (October 2.5 weeks, Christmas/New year about 10 days, Late March to Early May is the summer break.)
• Health Insurance after 3 months successful probationary period.
• Paid sick leave up to 5 days per semester.
• Paid attendance incentive for non use of sick days.
• Visa, Work permit and Certification with the Thai Ministry of Ed.
(After getting your initial Non B visa)

(b) Reimbursed one-way airfare from home country to Bangkok. Return one-way airfare provided after 2 continuous years of service.

Saimai is on the outskirts of Bangkok. Picturesque country living with city advantages. Variety of transport available to the centre of Bangkok takes 30 - 45 minutes.
