Our Academic Programs
· Class size is limited to 15, but averages 8-12. The majority of our students are junior and senior high school and university-aged, but we also have significant numbers of young learner and exam course (TOEFL) classes. English levels range from beginner to advanced.
· Teachers are provided with syllabuses, course books (Student, Teacher and Workbook) and guidance from experienced teachers for all courses they are asked to teach but are encouraged and are free to adapt and supplement them to suit their students’ needs and their own teaching style.
· We have an extensive resource library, a computer room as well as audio-visual equipment.

Qualifications
You have
· An accredited TEFL certificate (TESOL / CELTA) from a recognized 4-5 week intensive course that included extensive teaching practice, peer observation and evaluation after every practice lesson from your peers, your trainer and yourself. A genuine enthusiasm for teaching in general and a willingness to teach people of all ages is essential.
· A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team. You will need to be flexible and adaptable enough to cope with living in a developing country and open-minded enough to appreciate a different culture.
Compensation
Our package
· A competitive rupiah based salary (with regular reviews) sufficient to support a comfortable lifestyle.
· Reimbursement of return airfare from city of hire to Indonesia (6 months –50%, completion of contract – 50%).
· All visa and immigration costs covered.
· US$ bonus upon completion of contract.
