Hi, my name is Shannon and I am looking for highly qualified and motivated teachers to teach my kids for my HAKWON.

It is a small-medium sized, family-like atmosphere franchise, with 2 Korean teachers (I also teach a few classess and there will be another Korean teacher joining us in mid. Nov.), 1 supporting staff and a foreign teacher from USA.

Below are basic conditions:

*Qualification

1.American or Canadian.
2.Minimum BS/BA in any field from an accredited college or University.
3.Fluent verbal (non-accented) and written English skills.
4.Commitment to a (1-year) contract.
5.Preferably staying in Korea (I prefer an immediate face-to-face interview and ASAP start in either Nov. or in Dec.)

Once, the dates for interview is set, I'd be requiring you to submit the following documents;

*Working Conditions.

1. Teaching Hours: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri), rare Saturday additional classess (not one single class was held in past 3 months), Approx. 30 hours per week including class preparation time

2. Monthly payment is 1.9 ~ 2.1 million Won (depending your experience and qualification)

3. We will first talk to set your working hours per month and then set the amount for overtime

4. Severance pay, Medical Insurance, Other Korean Tax stuff: We can talk about this to make sure we both are working in accordance with the law and also make sure we both are happy.

5. I have summer and winter intensive classes, and teaching these classes are mandatory for the teachers. During this one month long (20 days) intensive course, you may teach at different hours. (Most likely at earlier times to finish early)

6. Housing: a furnished studio per teacher, close to train station (Gojan station, Line No. 1) and approx. 15 min. walk to HAKWON

7. Air ticket : A round trip ticket provided. (For Teachers already in Korea, we will work out an additional severance pay package.)
