The Benefits
Salary: Approximately £1050 per month
Accommodation: Full support and assistance given to find an apartment. A flat ranges from £215 to £300 per month.
Arrival: All teachers are met at the airport and given a week of orientation and training.
Locations: Mainly Fukoka, Hiroshima, Osaka, Nagoya, Hamamtsu, Yokohama, Chiba City, Hitachi.
Contract Length: From two to twelve months (renewable).
Student Age Range: Six to eighteen year olds.
Departure Dates: Monthly, except October.
Cost of Living: Approximately £500 per month.
Extras: Free Japanese lessons provided for all teachers.
Teacher Requirements
• You must be a native English speaker or have 12 years’ experience in an English-speaking educational institution
• TEFL qualification (Must be enrolled in the i-to-i 100-Hour Combined Course)
• University degree holder
• Minimum age requirement is 21
