Teach Away is currently accepting applications for jobs in JAPAN to teach within the Japanese public school system. All teachers will teach with a Japanese teacher in a classroom. This is a unique opportunity to gain international teaching experience while getting immersed into the Japanese culture.

Start Dates: March/April 2010
Contract Duration: 1 year
Location: All across Japan (no Tokyo placements)
Student Level: Elementary & Junior High
Teaching Schedule: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday
Monthly Salary: 250,000 JPY (approx. $3,400)
Visa: Sponsored by the school
Housing: Approx. $450-$550/month
Vacation: 7-8 weeks of vacation; including National Holidays
Medical Insurance: Subsidized Health Insurance Offered
